PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Granville HT Instant Gasket is a high temperature one component silicone sealant especially developed for areas that are exposed to high temperatures. High Temperature Instant Gasket is ready to use in a doublepiston aerosol power can.

PRODUCT USAGE

For sealing and gasketing of components that are subject to high temperatures. Not recommended for use on head gaskets or parts requiring continuous immersion in petrol. Product withstands high temperatures up to 300°C intermittent. When used on vehicles with catalytic convertors ensure product is totally cured before running engine. Full cure takes 24 hours.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Surfaces must be stable, clean and free of oil, grease and old gasket matter. Remove cap by pulling firmly. Rotate flow control adjacent to trigger approximately 10mm. Place the nozzle at start of joint to be filled. Press trigger and draw nozzle along joint/surface in one continuous movement. Rate of sealant flow can be regulated by rotating flow control. When finished, return flow control to starting position indicated by MIN and replace cap to reduce curing in nozzle. If joint is to be dismantled at a later stage smear oil lightly onto one surface and bolt down. Do not overtighten bolts.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of ignition.
